My Order Was Lost What Do I Do?

At Podsbay we have provided customers the option of Shipping Insurance at checkout for a small fee of 1% or less of the total purchase price. Shipping Insurance is "pre-checked" by default and you as the customer must "uncheck" the box declaring you do not wish to protect your shipment against loss.

 Because of this if your shipment has been lost and you did not choose shipping insurance then we cannot do anything but refund your order minus the cost of the item we lost.

If however you have purchased Shipping Insurance via Route Shipping which allows us to insure our shipments with Lloyds of London insurance then you can claim back the entire purchase price.
